When do I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your location and the product. The delivery times below are estimates and may vary slightly.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
We currently only sell in the EU & US and since the order fulfillment company we work with has branches in EU countries as well as in the US, there are no additional customs costs.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, you can help us by doing the following:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Visit your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package is not at the post office or your neighbor's, please contact us at info@printingrace.com with your order number.
If you have found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping is at your own expense.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipping, please message us at info@printingrace.com
I have received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you, please send us a quick email at [insert your support email here] within one week with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

What is our returns policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you regret your purchase, you can contact us within the return guarantee period at info@printingrace.com
Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items within the 14 day period after you receive your product.
- Or if you regret your purchase within the period of 14 days after you received your product.
If you received the wrong product or it is damaged or you regret your purchase and it is within the 14 day period after you received your product, you may be eligible for a refund. If that is the case, please contact us at info@printingrace.com with one or more photos of the incorrect/damaged item(s) and we will sort it out for you. If the product is damaged due to your own actions, the warranty will be void!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
If you wish to exchange a product, you must request a return for the product via info@printingrace.com and then place a new order.
