Delivery
When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your location and the product. The delivery times below are estimates and may vary slightly.
● Mugs 5 - 8 business days
● Caps 6 - 12 business days
● Tumblers 4 - 7 working days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We have partnered with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities all over the world!
Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?
We currently only sell in the EU & US and since the order processing company we work with has branches in EU countries as well as in the US, there are no additional customs costs.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, you can help us by doing the following:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package was not at the post office or at your neighbor's office, please contact us at info@printingrace.com with your order number.
If you have found an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but Shipping is at your own expense.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipping, please send us a message at info@printingrace.com
I have received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you please send us a quick email at [insert your support email here] within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
Returns
What is our return policy?
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items, and only within the 14-day period after you receive your product. If you received the wrong product or it is damaged and it is within the 14-day period after you received your product, you may be eligible for a refund. If that's the case, please contact us at info@printingrace.com with one or more photos of the wrong/damaged item(s) and we'll sort that out for you.
If the product is damaged by your own doing, the warranty will be void!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size would fit better, check out our Size Charts – We have one for every item listed in our store, in the Product Description section. Although it's rare, it's possible that an item you've ordered has been mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at info@printingrace.com within a week of receiving your order. Add your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new item, or give a refund!
